The workshop will happen at Julia's home, 541 Ellis Hollow Creek Road, Ithaca, NY 14850.
The workshop fee is $20. You may prepay over VENMO (@Julia-Gray-85) using Friends and Family setting, or bring cash to the event. Julia is providing us with dyestuff, if you need to mordant at the workshop please, bring an additional $3 to cover the cost of the alum.

Alum mordanting starts at 10am. You are welcome to arrive earlier.

Discussion of Techniques, Mordants, Dyes and Stains, pH-Impact etc.
Four ounces (or more) of scoured wool yarn or fiber (needs ot protein fiber), best already mordanted with alum. If you are not familiar with the mordanting process, you can mordant your fiber at the workshop starting at 10am. If you need to mordant at the workshop, please bring additional $3 to cover the cost.
Bundle your fiber/yarn in 1 ounce units, if you want to try more differnt or tester dyes.
If you bring more than 4 ounces, the additional fiber can be dipped into second draws.
A lunch for yourself. If you feel inclined to bring some yummy goodness to share, it will be appreciated.
A lawn chair or something else to sit upon.
If you have accidentally paid with VENMO for business transactions, kindly bring $0.60 to cover Julia's Venmo Fees.
There are five parking spots in the driveway. If you have to park by the road, please try to pull over well, so the road doesn't get blocked.
